It’s fair to say that I’ve been through my fair share of health challenges. I had chronic fatigue and depression when I was in my late teens, plus a whole host of other issues. I won't go into them all here.
At the age of 25 I was diagnosed with fructose malabsorption. I quickly learnt that improving my gut health was the key to getting my overall health and wellbeing - and essentially my life back!
Going through my own health challenges made me determined to not just help myself but also to help others rediscover optimal health once again.

If you can heal your gut health you will ultimately experience better energy levels, a brighter mood, less brain fog, clearer skin and better health all round. Taking the time to really do the work required to heal our gut is so worth it. For me it completely turned my life around.
